I want to expression my unequivocal concern & alarm as I've noticed the NZ rolling 12 month infant mortality rate has gone up dramatically since Quarter 2 2024.

Absolutely devastating news about Tom Phillips. Not to condone his actions at all, but losing their father has got to be the worst possible outcome for those kids.
