Very normal that the police have to immediately specify that he's white, knowing otherwise there would be far right rioters trying to burn buildings down.

since WW2 two constituencies have been won by two votes each (once by the Liberal Democrats in 1997, and another by the Scottish National Party in 2017) but those were both in general elections....
