Today at #InsightFromImaging we're focusing on imaging depth, starting with a lecture by @cmhobson.bsky.social. Adaptive optics (available on our MOSAIC system!) can improve deep imaging, as shown by these mitochondria in a zebrafish embryo.

My first SiMView project and it was such a fun one. Especially working with my favorite organism :) there is never anything wrong about staring at developing Drosophila in 4D!
We're wrapping up a fun three weeks of drosophila imaging on our SiMView microscope with the Mavrakis lab from @institutfresnel.bsky.social Wishing their team safe travels home and happy data analyzing!
