They are also building a facility for ‘decladding’ the isotopes and package them for use and export.

no, Canada under Trudeau stated we needed to move back to having our own Medical Isotope facilities as they were sold off to the US under previous Conservative govts, one has already opened in Canada over the past year so that we make them here again - BC, also produced in Ontario
