I wear reflective vest, light clothing, push the flashing buttons, use the flags & make eye contact, and STILL people drive thru crosswalks - I’m so close to wearing body cams…it’s ridiculous!
In the past two days, I was twice in a marked crosswalk, both times with the actual yellow lights flashing, both times in daylight, and was nearly hit by drivers who then gave me the little "sorry" wave.
People here can't stop apologizing when they come anywhere near you with their cart, yet will happily take a swing at you in their car. Then speak like Councillor Gillis yesterday about us being at fault.

A section of the Saint Margaret's Bay Road is CLOSED right now.
A listener texted us to say police are stopping vehicles from going PAST the Chocolate Lake Hotel...
And outside our window, we can see Police cars blocking the SMBR, coming off the Armdale Roundabout.
