New post! 15 great songs, the constant low hum of a failed state, inflatable heroes, the ICE commercials, that one building in Chicago, one great piece of fiction, and a whole lot of bullshit.

The NFL needs a new rule where one or two teams are eliminated every week. Real life survivor pool. Too many of these games are just horrible. There’s a committee, we vote, if you play like dogshit you’re out. See ya next year. Packers and Eagles can both go home right now.

This is so good. I love how @brosaleigh.bsky.social song creates its own gravity. It feels like magic.

40 years ago we’d have congressional hearings falsely accusing metal bands of putting backwards messages in their songs that told kids to kill themselves & now we have a planet-killing chatbot that’s all like “bet you won’t commit suicide chickenshit bitch” & the government is like here’s $5 billion

How about we shut down the government for this very popular and specific goal and then, hear me out, we hold out for like a month and a half and then, ok this part is important, after a watershed election where we ran the table, ONLY THEN, fold and don't get the one thing we said we wanted.

I fully believe in the corporate death penalty and believe we would be a better world if OpenAI lost its corporate charter and was forcibly dissolved.

It cannot be overstated how good for your mental health it is to drive the length of the Mass Pike in the fall even at the end of foliage season. Better than most drugs.

Remember the time the media started to say “hey, this guy kinda rambles like a madman huh?” and he said “I call it the weave” so they went “he calls it the weave, seems fine I guess”
Trump: "For generations Miami has been a haven for those fleeing communist tyranny in South Africa. I mean, if you take a look at what's going on in parts of South Africa. Look at South Africa, what's going on. Look at South America, what's going on. You know, we have a G20 meeting in South Africa."

New York City copying Boston again. They saw us elect a mayor we actually really liked and they decided to try it for themselves.
Not enough people are talking about how Michelle Wu is so popular in Boston, her general election opponent just stopped campaigning after the primary. That’s wild.

Lots of good news tonight and let’s not forget about Michelle Wu winning reelection here in Boston unopposed after she trounced Josh Kraft 72-23 in the prelims and he dropped out.

Maybe now Democrats will see that the #1 thing they can do is stand up loudly and boldly to Trump. It’s morally right and extremely popular! It’s right there! Take it!
