Etsy have this really interesting lifecycle strategy - where if you become a seller on the platform, you don't open/progress from the first step after signup, they just constantly send you the same email. This is week 8, and I've received it 7 times.

Really interesting, but does it work?
The problem with a lot of email marketing content is that it ignores business strategy.
When you practice doing work that comes out from an existing strategy that's fine, but when you as a marketer get a seat at the table of the business you have to produce broader insights than "make button red"
