Email Marketing thoughts:

1. Having your promotional emails land in the promotions tab is NOT a bad thing.

2. Sending to severely unengaged contacts WILL hurt your deliverability.

3. Bad deliverability? Moving providers isn't an elixir.

In email there are few things worse for customer experiences than clicking the "preference management" link only to see "Email me a link so I can update my preferences", then having to click another email to then view/manage preferences.
