I think my favorite never really talked about common sense feature of Godot is how it has built in support for randomly picking from a list of audio clips to play. Not only that, but it has built in support for randomly adjusting the pitch slightly.

Every couple days I see a post along the lines of:
"Wow Godot graphics are this good now?"

Just FYI: It's just that more people are making good-looking things with Godot since it got more popular, not that Godot graphics "look good now".

Tried to participate a bit more in the open source space and started doing some PR for Godot.

Expectation: Being ridiculed (I'm not super good at C++)

Reality: Super kind and chill contributors pointing out some mistakes and having constructive feedback. I even got my first PR merged :>!

To be honest it's really hard for me to comprehend that someone at Unity could think is ok or no biggie after all the incidents. Yet here we are
Ugh @unity.com making bad decisions again. Update 3.13.0 of the Unity Hub, when making a new project you can only connect it to Unity Cloud, there is no option to disable it and create a local only project. I hope this is just a bug! discussions.unity.com/t/hub-3-13-0...

Maybe I’m holding it wrong but the “New Project” form is missing the “Connect to Unity Cloud” checkbox - so I’m now forced to use Cloud?? Did I miss something in Ts & Cs?
