Indoor air quality - #IAQ - is an inclusion and health issue.
Shared, unventilated spaces are ideal conditions for the transmission of #Covid and other airborne diseases. We need #CleanWater and we need #CleanAir

Omfg why can infection control not get their 🤬 clown car in order and do their 🤬 jobs and tell people that for an aerosol hazard you need aerosol PPE?

Seriously, wtf is wrong with medicine that it tolerates this constant amateur-hour incompetence? We know this is killing people!

"Do no harm"?

France: "Wearing a mask is once again mandatory in Paris hospitals"

"Faced with a rapid rise in respiratory infections, several hospitals in the Île-de-France region have decided to reinstate mandatory mask-wearing for healthcare workers, visitors, and patients over the age of 6."

In Nov 2024, Keir Starmer announced a working partnership with US asset manager Blackrock, who own $11 trillion in assets.

Their endgame?
To turn green spaces into 'natures assets'. Your local park could become a tokenised asset.
Access may become conditional on fees or corporate permission.

Gotta love being told your disability is “secondary” to the comfort of others.

That your accommodations won’t be considered because it’s your “problem to fix”.

Disability is not a “problem”.

It’s not a failing.

It’s not something we can turn on & off.

Ableism is everywhere.

Now imagine living in Sweden and this gaslighting continuing for over half a decade and counting while the architects of the Swedish death and chronic disease strategy win medals and accolades, cheered on by most of the public while people continue to die and become chronically ill. -> My life.
JFC, not only does this go hard on the bs "gain of function" and "lab leak" claims, it also claims that Sweden did the best of anyone during the pandemic, despite it's mortality rate being 4-10 times higher than those of other Nordic countries over the same period of time.

Sweden is one of the least dense countries in Europe, with a healthy population and many people living by themselves. Note the carefully selected 2020-2024. Sweden had huge mortality at the start, compared to our neighbours. Note too "all cause excess death" metric cherry picking. Jay's at it again

English councils plan to sell off social clubs and sports centres to balance books.

Social spaces lost forever. Libraries, community centres, school playgrounds, parks closed/sold as council funding cut in real terms to appease the rich.

Social vandalism.

So someone accused me of ‘needing to be spoonfed’ for asking for a change of guidance. I have been wearing an ffp2 for five years. I am clinically vulnerable. I doubt I would still be here if I had followed the advice on COVID.

We should not forget those suffering from #longcovid
The Sick Times wrote an article about how community and organizations fight to advocate for #longCovid and #MECFS, even in very sick bodies.

#MEAction is featured throughout the article for our medical education work and direct action.

In order to implement the “Sweden Plan” (which is code for doing nothing much, and not what happened in Sweden) most places will need:

More body bags.
More crematoriums.
Lots of pre-filled “do not resuscitate” and “do not transfer to hospital” forms.
A population too distracted to care.

They’re “too young to vote”.

They’re too young to drink.

But they’re not too young to be sex trafficked and raped by Epstein and all his rich pals?

Be serious please.

Everything about SARS-CoV-2 weakens us as a species. Population-level immune dysregulation leading to both reactivation of latent pathogens and creating niches for new ones; the politicisation of our response regressing public health and massively amplifying anti-vax ideology.

I think a lot about those who have died directly because of the carelessness, selfishness, and negligence of their fellow humans. Our species has not evolved enough. We have a LONG way to go.

He has a defibrillator for vfib, which can cost $34,000 to over $51,000.

He was one of 8 Dems who voted to gut the ACA and reopen the government.

He doesn’t have to worry, he has healthcare for life
