Not a single major news outlet has covered this story. There is such a blatant, obvious attempt to suppress any and all news that deals with the actual facts about transgender life and experience. As the government rolls back our rights on an unprecedented scale, we have been left out to dry.

This is going to become an issue very soon, I'm out of work, and my partner has just had to pay for car repairs, I'm not asking on our behalf. It's for a friend who has been living with us for over 6 months. We can't continue to support her.
I am thinking about starting a crowdfunder for some friends who need homes. I don't know a great deal about crowdfunding or how it might affect benefit claims (UK - England based). If anyone has any advice, I would really appreciate it.

- It is entirely legitimate for the Home Secretary to highlight the overt racism that she receives for taking part in public life.
- Everybody should oppose that racism against her, whatever their politics.

I want to talk honestly about the experience of doing antifascist work and defending these hotels because I've been told I can be "macho" about it on here, and that's a coping mechanism. I'm tired, scared, and in pain. I have permanent injuries and scars. I've cried like half a dozen times today. 1/

Labour believe they already have the votes of progressives.
What they think will win is the vote of the neo-pogromists. But they are doomed because the type who gets tanked and tries to burn a mosque is never gonna vote for them.

Labour only cares about staying in power. A vote for them is as good as a vote for Reform because they are only interested in courting reactionary votes. Starmer's whole strategy was based on alienating the left wing of the party and has since warped into courting people who burned down libraries.

I was doing Food Not Bombs today and these two drunk lads came up to us and started yelling "Fuck Palestine/Palestinians" at us.
Then got arsey when he got told to leave.
Maybe the sight of people doing a nice thing set him off.

That's rather true however much like the word tankie people have taken this term and twisted it to mean anything that isn't electoralism.
Accelerationism is pathetic because at root it’s whining that people will only find your ideology appealing if they’re almost literally in hell. Have some self respect.
