We believe the Supreme Court – which disgracefully refused to hear from trans people before its decision last week – has placed the UK in breach of its obligations under the Human Rights Act.

So we’re readying a challenge – join us:

Imagine just half the energy campaigning against trans rights had been put into

- Fighting the underfunding of women’s refuges

- Fighting for single mums

- Fighting for low-paid women

Compared to fighting trans rights, which would have had most impact on women’s lives?

The biggest net result of yesterday's Supreme Court ruling is that trans people will be more scared and their lives more difficult.

It’s up to those who stand by trans people to make sure their lives are as easy, comfortable and safe as possible under any legal reality.

The Supreme Court sided with FWS.

But it didn’t hear from a single trans person.
This ruling sets a dangerous precedent and erases trans women from protections. It puts trans rights back 20 years.

Controversial opinion but if the grandson of nazis who was named after a nazi who is best friends with a president who openly idolises nazis throws up a gesture that causes both *actual nazis* to celebrate and is being decried by opponents as a nazi salute then maybe, just maybe, it's a Nazi Salute

because the 20th century happened, any gesture carried out in front of millions of people that exactly resembles a nazi salute is in fact a nazi salute
