Hyperion was good. But it cemented my belief that the only people who should be writing about romance are the professional writers of the romance genre (not a fan of the genre personally but I imagine they're at least a tad less cringey to read).

My hot take is that the one-size-fits-all solutions will go the way of the dodo unless they provide a foundation for extensions. The ability for smaller companies to build bespoke software tailored to their needs is coming. Which means the black box apps won't survive for long.
While Wall Street now thinks AI will disrupt SaaS apps. I think the reality will be nuanced:
1. Companies vibe coding solutions will hurt niche apps but not major ones. Vibe coding a CRM or HR system to save costs would be madness.
2. Some apps will die because they will just be features of LLMs.
