On the ward, I heard a phlebotomy come to take bloods. He had a very strong German accent. He said "deep breath, pain is coming." I nearly spit out my tea in laughter and all I can picture was Henning Wehn behind the curtain. Safe to say, it was not, I realised when it was my turn.

I've been throwing up all week and now I'm in hospital with suspected inflamed gallbladder and gallstones. Cancelled a date because said sickness. Turned down job offer due to silly hours.

2016 was the worst year of my life (so far 😘).
