Seeing an Adults Only tag will still make me intrigued. I now live in Texas but am experiencing FOMO because they’re doing a double bill of two movies I’ve never heard of and one is marketed as “adults only.” 👀

It hasn’t been a great day. Started with a bit of loneliness, transitioned into having heavy (albeit healthy) conversations with family, and ended with needless doomscrolling.
I needed somewhere to release this energy. It’s okay to not be okay.

I have joked about Winds of Winter, but in all seriousness, it's likely impossible to finish something (and in the same tone and style and voice) when a TV show version is creating images in your mind. It would likely take decades away from the TV source material for me to do it.
Counterpoint. George R. R. Martin should purposely not finish these books and have a stipulation in his will that no one else can do so after he dies.

IMO there's a real reluctance among some to even engage w/the possibility that the limitations of earlier hardware generations might have contributed something valuable to our experiences with some games on them. Some simply must see technically more advanced graphics as an inherent, objective good.
