Want to re-emphasize what this bill does. It implements a $1,000 bounty for anyone to sue someone they suspect is trans and using the bathroom.
(h) (1) Any individual who, while accessing a multiple-occupancy private space designated for use only by such individual's sex, is aggrieved by the invasion of such individual's personal privacy or is otherwise harmed by a violation of this section by an individual of the opposite sex may bring a cause of action against such individual of the opposite sex. In bringing such action, the individual may seek either actual damages or liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000, as well as declaratory and injunctive relief.

ICE is feverishly looking for some top-down reason this is happening. They are trying to infiltrate, but you cannot infiltrate a city's collective character. They want to find the "orchestrators," the "paid activists," the political professionals scheming up the city's response to their crimes. They won't find any, because there are none. It's parents worried about the safety of their daycare and schools. It's neighbors worried about the family down the street. It's anyone with a conscience-which is to say, it is everyone. And we are going to win.

Something a little different. Some cartoonists put out a call for comics about local ICE experiences. This one happened a few months ago so it's a little older than current events, but it's a story that I never stopped thinking about. #ICEoutcomics
