What we've seen in the last 20 years with these rich people has proven without a doubt they should ALL be taxed down to "millionaire". No billionaires. No trillionaires. And NO spending millions on a political candidate. It's NOT fair to ACTUAL every day citizens. Business has NO place in politics.
