This thread does bring up a good point, which is while you do have the right to complain, do be reasonable with the employees of said corporations. They're not the ones that make the bad decisions and are just trying to earn a paycheck.

You're nice enough to the receptionist, the customer service manager, etc.. they don't get paid enough to deal with abuse, right.
you get to their supervisors and management. you work your way up the ladder... and if you get into corporate? fuckin' unload.

You could be a pioneer of *3* literary genres (horror, science fiction, dystopian fiction) and critics will still call your writing “overwritten,” “ridiculous” and “the offspring of a diseased imagination”
