Now that I have to use the computer to look at social media, I found that when something pisses me off I can just log off. On my phone I'd compulsively open the apps again after like two minutes. Surprisingly this has done wonders for my mental health, who would have thought?

Deleted all the social media from my phone a couple days ago. I'm only letting myself on socials on the computer or my tablet. Lets see how long this lasts 😅
