I mean, sure, it'd be nice if everyone could hire and afford an editor, but even if you CAN, you have to be able to edit your own book, too--and editing POV is a huge challenge. Let's see if we can make it a little less daunting together!

I mean, sure, it'd be nice if everyone could hire and afford an editor, but even if you CAN, you have to be able to edit your own book, too--and editing POV is a huge challenge. Let's see if we can make it a little less daunting together!

I just found out HBO is making a Baldur's Gate & it will be a "continuation" of Baldur's Gate 3. Just... just no. BG3 was good. It was fun. It was so enjoyable. I'm writing fanfic as I type this. But just please, different characters, new stories. Set it Baldur's Gate, sure, but stop rehashing 😭

Hideous licensing agreement from Red Ogre Review, but what really jumps out at me is the moral rights waiver
Red Ogre (@ogre.red) gets rights to your work upon *submission*.
And those rights are ridiculous. They can change your work, not credit you, use your work for advertising, or put it in an anthology.
