Yesterday in my neighborhood, it took at least a dozen feds to chase someone into a neighborhood resulting in a huge car crash that destroyed at least three vehicles. It was a shitshow of shambolic "law enforcement" that could easily have gotten many people killed.

Abolish ICE. Abolish DHS.

Judge Boasberg ORDERS the Trump admin to facilitate the return of the more than 100 men spirited out of the country last year without notice or a hearing.

Plaintiffs may also submit habeas petitions from abroad, he says.

The Court, accordingly, ORDERS that: 1. Plaintiffs shall file under seal (but not ex parte) by February 20, 2026, a Notice indicating which Plaintiffs are currently in which third countries; 2. Plaintiffs shall by February 27, 2026, file a Notice noting the number of Plaintiffs who wish to travel independently to a U.S. port of entry or who wish to be flown from a third country to the United States for their court proceedings, understanding that in both scenarios they will be detained upon arrival. Plaintiffs shall simultaneously file a separate Notice under seal listing the names of such individuals; 3. Plaintiffs shall by March 9, 2026, file a Notice giving the number of Plaintiffs (in Venezuela or third countries) who wish to file supplements to their habeas class petition, including challenges to the Proclamation or their identification as TdA members. Plaintiffs shall likewise file a simultaneous Notice under seal listing those individuals’ names The Government shall promptly return to Plaintiffs upon written request by their current counsel all passports and identification documents that any agency currently retains, and it shall make good-faith efforts to obtain any of Plaintiffs’ passports or identification documents that were transferred to El Salvador; and 5. The Government shall file a Status Report by March 13, 2026, explaining how and when it will transport any Plaintiff seeking return to the United States from a third country. In that Status Report, the Government shall also inform the Court as to the feasibility of returning Plaintiffs still in Venezuela who wish to return for their proceedings. It shall also describe the steps taken to obtain any passports or identification documents from El Salvador.

NEW: Ghislaine Maxwell is set to invoke her Fifth Amendment rights and refuse to answer all questions related to Epstein, Trump, and more during tomorrow’s deposition. Rep. Ro Khanna has sent the following letter to Oversight Committee Chair James Comer in response:
Two-page image of a formal letter on U.S. House of Representatives letterhead, dated February 8, 2026, addressed to Chairman James Comer of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. The letter states that Ghislaine Maxwell plans to invoke her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination at an upcoming House Oversight deposition and criticizes her intent to do so on a blanket basis rather than question by question. It notes her prior meeting with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and requests clarity on whether she will invoke the Fifth Amendment in response to specific questions. Page one lists six detailed questions concerning alleged co-conspirators in Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse of minors, the lack of indictments, Maxwell’s knowledge of prosecutorial decisions, any role involving President Donald Trump, discussions of a potential presidential pardon in exchange for silence, and any client lists or records maintained by Maxwell or Epstein. Page two adds a seventh question asking Maxwell to identify any foreign governments or intelligence services, including those linked to Russia or Israel, with which Epstein allegedly shared information or acted on behalf of. The letter asks that this document be entered into the official record at the start of the deposition and closes with a formal sign-off and signature from Congressman Ro Khanna, Member of Congress, U.S. House of Representatives.
