So, to take this seriously for a moment. The four stars in the Greenland "flag" suggest four states in Greenland: a place with a population 56,500 (20,000 of whom live in the capital Nuuk). So if Nuuk returns one senator, the other three will have electorates of ~12,000 voters. Rotten boroughs!

There's a bit in Henry IV which calls for some characters to exchange a few lines of dialogue in Welsh. That's literally all it says, they speak Welsh. The prevailing theory is that there were a couple of Welsh guys in the company at that point who could have improvised a suitable conversation.
