I find it difficult to believe that management in the 2xko team legit thought they were going to hit any numbers given to them by Riot. What I can believe is them going well we'll do the best we can because if we tell them the numbers are absurd they'll cancel the game tomorrow.
I feel on some minor level the atmosphere must have turned one where the leads just nodded with every metric they were told to hit and rode that cashcow for a decade to milk it for as long as they could.

With the full understanding this only affects nsfw servers, I do note that the decade+ conflation between queer identity and pornography has led to overzealous interpretations of what constitutes "NSFW."
This is especially a double standard when you consider violent content and their moderation.

the incoming discord explosion is going to suck. I really hope they backtrack but I just cannot give them ID stuff. 100% not worth the risk. But also it's such a large part of my work flow right now that it's existential feeling. yaaay. 🙃

so sunday 100% has to be a day that I don't work stream or I'll explode, I need to figure out if I am going to do 6 day work weeks on the 4-5 hour chunks. I just gotta figure out how I am navigating around other obligations. Like I need to prep for lancer on tuesday on monday for example.
