SCOTUS has granted a stay in Trump v. Orr, the trans passport case, meaning that the government will be able to once again deny gender marker changes to trans passport applicants.
This is a terrible decision with horrifying consequences for trans folks.

My flabber is extremely ungasted by this news.
I sometimes have chats with NHS managers about how to “restore trust” and it’s amazing how poorly they react to the suggestion that people who harm patients should lose their jobs.

This is a riot. I strongly suspect the editor of the Medico-Legal Journal had to render the racier anatomical passages into Latin to avoid infringing the Comstock Act. (Yes, that Comstock Act.)
