Poilievre thinks affordability is the most important issue in Canada. But affordability problems are only a symptom of our economy, caused by trade issues with US, and world events, like war and climate. Treating symptoms without understanding root causes will just move symptoms elsewhere.

Affordability is actually a three prong problem: price, employment and wages. Unless he has solutions to all three, he’s got nothing. And price is supply and demand. He has to deal with both to ease price.
