Astounding that film studios would rather post a trailer under the studio account rather than one named after the film they are marketing. "Critic says this is a great genre film", but the film's name is nowhere in sight.

"Oh boy, another picture from Sony!" said no-one, ever.

When I worked retail there were clear rules about approaching thieves. Watch them conceal, walk past an opportunity to pay and leave. Facial recognition is clearly being sold on the premise you can just skip to profiling innocent customers. @sainsburys.bsky.social’s response to blame staff is poor.

@aaronjbastani.bsky.social consistently fails to understand the right's concerns about 15 minute cities. Yes, they are conflating two issues. But the way councils use powers to raise funds (residents permits, confusing parking rules, box junctions) creates mistrust. I say this as a non-driver.

@labourlewis.bsky.social, plenty of people on the left also hate ID cards. Why single out the 'libertarian right'?

In the coming months: @ofcom.bsky.social reports traffic to social media sites from within the UK has dropped millions. Reports also suggest VPN usage has increased by almost the same amount. Who could have predicted that?

Watched Lost in America tonight. Fun film, but it got me thinking about all these digital nomads living out their van. I wonder what they think of it.
