This is interesting insight, as someone who is a vet tech. Seems like a relatively straight forward problem to solve, pet sitting services already exist and I could see this being a service offered. The free part, I don’t know about how that might be achieved

That’s what Finland wants people outside to believe. Of course, Finland is leagues better than the US in terms of education, social services (which do not exist in any meaningful way here), among many things. My Finnish teacher (who lives here) half-jokingly calls the US a 3rd world country.
