As for Sciences, DT and computing
(My wheelhouse) They are bang on even if I worry how we could get the right amount of teachers. The aims are great here. Long have Physics, DT and Computing been in a bad way. These reforms from @beckyfrancis.bsky.social are absolutely needed. 👏👏

Congratulations to @beckyfrancis.bsky.social and everyone else involved in the curriculum review. There's bits I'd quibble on (oracy focus an issue unless defined) but I found myself nodding and going "yeah sensible" to almost all of it. Also I agree with the tests in Y8 too.

Overall I think @beckyfrancis.bsky.social and her team have done a very impressive job in difficult circumstances. A lot of my concerns are about the DfE’s interpretation of recommendations/what happens when it hits politics rather than the review itself. I hope it can lead to real improvement.
