Well again, the story about the 5-yro boy Ramos, has been wildly distorted from the facts. He was in the car with his father, they were stopped by ICE, and the father RAN abandoning the boy with ICE. They waited to see if they caught the father,called the mother (she declined to come pick the boy)

New headset cartridge bearings time; replacing 10+yro original set. There was some headset play, which couldn't be preloaded away, without the bar movement feeling grainy. Probably should have just installed new ones, when building the bike up 1.5yrs ago.
