the latest crossroads of fate was easy except the last stage where i had to use my characters and all of them are underleveled…. story haru shot one last bullet before dying but ended up clearing the whole stage for me

Did the second main mission of the Lex Imerialus DLC, very cool story/quest, and once again thought I was underleveled til I realized I was just dumb.

By underequipped I specifically mean a party with, well, literally no equipment. Meaning no stat or HP bonuses.
And by underleveled, I just check my average runs and level the characters down by 5 or more levels.
It'd be funny to try at Level 1, but it's physically impossible to reach--

So far, to balance each encounter, I tend to ask myself "Could an underleveled, underequipped party handle these enemies?"
If the answer is yes, then I ask myself the same but with what I'd estimate to be the average party.

Control: The vibes are off the hook on this one.
The shooting is fun but the game is too long to keep it interesting throughout.
I often wandered into areas underleveled. The game is at its best as a power fantasy, when you're underleveled the enemies are spongy and combat is a bit of a slog.

The only way to find out you’re underleveled is the hard way, and the hard way particularly sucks in this game.

its pretty good all things considered, but i didnt finish it. mainly cause the combat started to feel too long and annoying for trash mobs so i started running past enemies and got myself stuck severely underleveled

..............Okay I wasn't underleveled.... I just needed to do things differently for that fight. I feel kind of stupid... Also one companion had no gear on....
Finally hitting the newer DLC stuff in RogueTrade which I haven't played beforer.... and uhhhh I may be underleveled for this. Like LOL levels

Most frustrating moments: being underleveled by double digits and getting picked apart by two chars with magic guns and hydras hitting for 400+ damage.
