Cleaning costs 6th level spellslots. I am a cleric of the stimulant gods. I can use dextroamphetamine(prescription) to add up to three bonus 6th level spell slots a day but the farther from my initial dose we go, the less likely I can recover them.
what u have to understand is that working on my novel, answering dms, and answering emails all cost 1 spell slot but posting? Posting is a cantrip

At low levels, Haste (Level 3) is really powerful. The utility of an additional attack, additional movement, and the bonus on attacks and dodge is hard to overstate. At higher levels, it is still useful, especially as level 3 spellslots are cheap, and Haste works nicely with other buffs

Was ich an der Class allerdings etwas doof finde, ist dass man nach jedem Einsatz von Haste sofort für 8h die condition Überlastungsanzeige erhält und eine Long Rest machen muss, die aber nur die Hälfte der Spellslots und HP regeneriert. Das entwertet Haste für mich völlig.

After seeing clips all over my youtube + a coworker putting me on to it, im giving Frieren a try. So far it only enforces my desire for any kind of mana-based ttrpg system, but I feel like my current D&D party can hardly grasp spellslots let alone tracking numbers that go up and down.

like getting one-shotted by a boss' crit or running out of spellslots when you don't have time to rest, but these are pretty uncommon and the way people stew over them without considering any of the very easy to do solutions is wild. Like either they have completely antagonistic GMs who never throw

Wow I was not prepared for the Vancian Magic focus of that entire thread.
I am not the biggest fan of the current iteration of spellslots/spell level systems, but those pitches are a really big departure from PFs identity while not addressing the common criticisms the sub is usually mad over

When I was playing it it frustrated me that their laziest solution was "let's give everything spellslots!" which didn't solve the problem & actually made the problem worse by giving full casters access to stuff aimed at martial half casters faster

So like the reason why is that it removes the pressure of conserving spellslots, which is especially harsh on Magus. WHILE conserving the identity of being burst focused, just that your burst is 3 or 4 rounds of casting spells where a full caster can go forever.

Though unintended, I recall that feedback on my "Give someone besides the caster a magic tattoo that lets them cast a spell that you know" spell, despite my own thinking some good uses, got the response "I wouldn't want to use this on anyone but myself, and only to cheat the spellslots system....
