Hi Hi, I hope you’re doing okay. I commissioned you for the Sophie the Beep avatar and was hoping to get the original project/files so I can add a personal attachment. I’ve tried reaching out elsewhere but may have missed you. Thank you very much, and stay safe.

Through interviews with 30 people supported by the Transformational Prison Project, researchers found that reentry isn't a discrete event. It's an ongoing, nonlinear process shaped by systemic barriers, deep personal transformation, and the search for belonging. inquest.org/reentry-neve...

When reincarceration rates are treated as the sole measure of success, we undervalue the work formerly incarcerated people do to heal and confront their traumas.

This isn't for work or a personal project btw. Purely out of curiosity, partially because my wife uses it to describe her mother, who is one of the sweetest people I've ever met but says things that are flighty at times. Maybe "flighty" works?

Between the collecting I’ve been doing, the reading I’ve been doing, and the huge personal project I’ve undertaken, I’ve been really into Pedro Ramos lately. This one is my favorite.

Fox would likely stress institutional overreach...They might invoke objections about how naming should reflect national heritage rather than personal legacy.

Sometimes it takes too much brainpower to put towards my personal project. So I started trying fanart again, but I haven't really obsessed over any specific character for years, so I have to practice. This is the most precious child in sonic, cream the rabbit.

If you're interesting in Nature, I spent several months on a designer diary to explain why it's been a personal project for me.

The project "Russia 200" by Mediazona documents war casualties using technology to visualize loss.

Using advanced algorithms, this project not only names the lost but visually represents their faces—adding a personal touch to the staggering statistics.

👋 Some personal news

I extended my freelancing contract by four months with the DFINITY Foundation. I'll have some new prio but, they'll continue to support my project juno.build during that time 🙏

So here are some numbers and ideas for next year.

Merry Xmas! 🎄

#pretendpanel

Writing: I want to finish the first draft of AnimalsWIP.

Work: I want to have at least 1 editing client/project a month (for some monthly income).

Personal: 1 day a week that is a rest day only.
#pretendpanel, I can't believe it's only been a week, it feels like longer! Tell me...

December 19th: Is there a tangible achievement you want to reach in 2026?

My only personal reference being my middle school art class loom/weaving project, the complexity of that in it's entirety is 🤯

Honestly, once you start treating your personal growth like a confusing IKEA project you’re determined to finish without the instructions, scrutinizing someone else’s assembly feels both rude and wildly off-topic.

No way. It's your personal project and if you don't advocate for it, if you don't talk about it, I think that does a disservice to your passions! Birdhaven deserves to be talked about, including by you yourself most of all. 🥰

it's okay, the original comment just sounded like you were convinced it was just a fandom I was part of and not like, my personal project lol 😅

Its your personal project, it'd be weird if you didn't talk about it alot

I can’t draw worth shit and I wanted to make room layouts and maps for a personal project. I found a map-making tool for RPGs and stuff and it was so fun I looked for new excuses to use it, haha. I should make more!

The challenge: build a typing speed test that tracks WPM and accuracy.

Real-time stats, visual feedback, difficulty levels, personal bests – it's a satisfying project with lots of DOM manipulation and timer logic.

Expanding a solo project into a team is much more work in the short term, and although I considered it several times I decided not to. I also thought about seeing if some people would like to take the magazine on completely, but in the end I felt like it was just too personal to me to hand over.
