What do we all think about my version of the OG 1972 Once-Ler? 🥃🚬
Back on twitter I constantly saw posts about people being in love with "Sylus" and thought they meant the bad guy from Metroid (Sylux), after googling it I learned about Love and Deepspace and I'm disappointed that there isn't some Once-ler-esque fandom for Sylux. That would have been hilarious.

I did not bring up the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. I'm not sure it would have applied to the Once-ler, since as originally written it wouldn't seem to apply to habitat destruction. The Once-ler didn't hunt the Swomee Swans, he polluted their pond. Modern enviro law would cover that, but not pre-71.
