We demand that the UK Government immediately commits to not introducing a digital ID cards. There are reports that this is being looked at.

I don't keep my VPN active 100% of the time, especially not on PC because it can get in the way of a few things, like Steam acts weird when my VPN is active. So I only turn it on, on PC, when necessary. Basically keep it on, on my phone all of the time now, though.

There are wider issues around digital literacy, knowledge of parents to set up parental controls, balancing protection with privacy. We have already seen a bundle of data breaches regarding age verification. Do children need to be protected, yes, but there are wider considerations at play.
