Very likely! Although I can't imagine being offed so frequently is very pleasant. My working theory is that Eric is Legion, and since he just spawns, others like Hastur can just kill Erics for "fun", while Crowley was put on trial for the thing with Ligur (among other stuff). Poor Eric.

Investigando la etimología de mi apellido descubrí que no tiene ningún elemento italiano pero ligur-celta con un sufijo genovés. Por el lugar con mayor concentración de personas con mi apellido en Liguria intuyo que mis antepasados eran Ligures de la tribu Statielli.

As we know, Crowley likes to ensnare crowds of people with low level evil like gluing coins to the ground, bringing down the mobile phone service. Ligur and Hastur prefer to work on one human at a time. That's craftmanship. Crowley thinks in more modern terms now, but he's still proud of Manchester

Sin embargo, ya sabemos que a las fuentes les gusta mucho exagerar e inventar para que la historia sea más épica. En este caso, por suerte, fuentes más cercanas al suceso nos confirman que quien salvó al general fue, en realidad, un esclavo ligur (pero eso no queda tan bonito😅)
