If the whole _sneaking inulin into things you wouldn't expect inulin to be in_ fad could finally die out that would be **great** thanks

The one and only FODMAP my gut absolutely can't tolerate has to be the one most commonly added to stuff to boost fiber […]

Ash made syrup from an overripe banana and I turned it into some low sugar banana bread ice cream in the Creami. Tasted really damn good. Used inulin and Tara gum and it worked like magic.

chewy granola bars are just candy bars with somewhat more dietary fiber, might as well just put chicory inulin in a snickers

New yogurt batches are yummy.

The more liquid one is soy milk plus l plantarum and b coagulans (the latter mainly to reduce the pH) and the more solid one is milk and cream with l reuteri (including a bew capsule and a couple of teaspoons from the previous […]

As soon as I started eating my appetite came back so I’m also having my new favourite thing. Greek yoghurt with inulin (powdered chicory) stirred in, hemp seeds, dried mulberries and cinnamon

I love all that brand's tepache, but it's mostly because I'm looking for lower sugar softdrinks, but avoiding the probiotic sodas. Some of them are okay, but some have sunchoke/jerusalem artichoke inulin in them and it does a NUMBER on my guts

A small trial showed AG1 produced minor, non-statistically significant gut microbiome improvements; chicory inulin and resistant starch are cheaper alternative supplements per serving.

I feel much better for getting some fresh air/exercise. I wasn’t very hungry earlier for lunch so I had a banana but I’ve been listening to the new Hugh Fernley-Whittingstall fibre series on R4 so I’ve come back to have Greek yoghurt with stewed apple, hemp seeds, inulin and dried mulberries

Plus inulin, that fiber ingredient in some sugar-free candy and whatnot.

Hell, y’all don’t have to poison them if we’re forced to quarter them. You can just terrorize them.

Add Nair to their shampoo.

Make your own itching powder with rose hips, and sprinkle it in their bedding and socks.

Supplement their diets w/ ungodly amounts of inulin.

Use your 🌈imagination🌈

Just discovered this, which explains that you don't need to add inulin to the milk, and reuteri is happy chomping on lactose.

But you need inulin or similar in your diet as a probiotic to help these bacteria in your gut which, as luck would have it, is what I'm doing […]

Total.

[Food…? (Supplement)]

Inulin is actually…tasty?

All this time I’ve been trying to figure out how to stir it into something and have it dissolve well and I like it a lot better just dumping four grams in my mouth and chewing on it until it dissolves. The powder packs together when it gets wet […]

Inulin, iirc, is the substance in sunchokes that make them a good potato substitute for people with diabetes. It also causes tremendous farts.

Also the protein comes from whey protein and the fiber is from inulin so I think this still counts as a hyper processed food.

Also I don't eat ranch but aren't you normally putting ranch on either a high protein or high fiber food anyway?
