The good news is the prednisone does seem to have broken my 2 week plus headache huzzah! The bad news is apparently there is still a very tiny chance that it’s shingles because it would help with a headache from that too

It’s been a day! During routine check, vet found a lump in Rigg’s anal gland so we got him straight in for an op to have it removed. Good news is that it seems benign & all bloods & scans came back clean.
He won’t be riding his bike for a week or so.😬

This is good news because I called him probably 6 times. I told him not to cave like he did during the government shut down. I guess I have to thank him for this on my next call. 😏

The good news is it'll (probably) be another decade+ before we get something like this again. Big Southern winter storms are very rare, but can pack a big punch when all the conditions hit just right (Blizzard of '93, for example).
