James Comey and Letitia James are challenging Lindsey Halligan's appointment as interim U.S. attorney. Word is Halligan was handpicked by President Trump. To Trump, her qualifications were obvious.

This administration has been in office for 10 months. I would be surprised — amazed — if the Epstein documents in Pam Bondi’s office have not been tampered with.

The next few days are going to be interesting. There will be an avalanche of Epstein information followed by a long parade of officials who have no comment whatsoever. At what point in this story can we expect a U.S. battleship or two to suddenly fire shots at Venezuela?

To my dad, who died in 2021, and to veterans everywhere: a heartfelt thank you.

For the record, the ACA — often called Obamacare — was NEVER a failure.

About 22 million Americans receive ACA subsidies. That's a lot of people. The GOP has called the ACA a failure since Day 1 in 2021. And they've done everything they could to kill it.

This time, they may have succeeded.

The government has been shutdown for more than 40 days. Congress has been on recess for nearly 60 days. More than enough time for the Department of Justice to scrub Trump references from the Epstein Files.

In the dead of night — when they're certain nobody's looking — kings reward their criminal buddies with pardons.

Congratulations Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, John Eastman, Kenneth Chesebro, Boris Epshteyn, Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell. Free just in time to rig another election.

Future historians will write that what Gavin Newsom did was to preserve our democracy — or what’s left of it. Those historians will note that what the little man in Texas did was an attempt to create a one-party state under a power-mad would-be dictator.
“But when it comes to political daring, foresight, strategy, and undaunted grit, California Gov. Gavin Newsom beat Trump at his own game and changed the 2026 landscape.” Jen Rubin on this week’s Undaunted.

Check out the terrific people in Judith's carefully curated StarterPack. I'm in it. And it's not false modesty — trust me — when I say I'm not worthy. Give these good people a click. And thank you, Judith. Huge hug.💙

Simply put, if you have a job and you STILL qualify for SNAP benefits, your employer is not paying you a living wage. In other words, the government is “subsidizing” these profitable mega-corporations.

But nobody says much about these subsidies.
Walmart, McDonalds and Amazon are the largest employers of people who require SNAP assistance.

The CEOs earned between 18-40 million last year, 1000x their median employee income.

They took billions in profits, while their workers relied on SNAP to survive.

Wanna fix fraud and abuse?

Fix that.
