Yeah I've seen their other designs lmao. Fateswakening is not a hard bar to meet but they exceed it with stuff like the dark elf fencer and witch, but are more tame with some others, namely armoured units, so it balances out.

UO designs are as horny as Fateswakening but they also all look good unlike Awakening (Fates outfits are great for the most part). The knight style classes all look really solid, so I guess that would be the armour designs

I think fateswakening ruined a lot of peoples concept of love in fire emblem games because the anyone can marry anyone (of the opposite gender only) which ends in explicit marriage in the S-support but Ike and Soren not having an "i love you" moment doesnt bother me and i dont care that they dont

I think when it dropped harmed it too. Holiday 2017 was STACKED and it got lost in the deluge, on top of basically nothing in the way of 2017’s new FE, and happening during everyone’s exasperation with fateswakening dominating alts in feh back then too

I mean that's fair. I just miss fateswakening pair-up 🫠 3H adjutants are sooo lackluster... like I'm only now remembering that some adjutants actually do have a chance of guarding their partner! I just so rarely used those classes as adjutants (maybe brawlers, but I don't use armored units much)

yeah he just sorta shows up and says Hi im with you guys now completely at random and because he is an mcsexual in a fateswakening game he's also weak as fuck so there is no incentive to actually use him ever
