For me at least the definition of agile is Extreme Programming where many of the techniques are to ensure good code quality. The idea is that only then you can add features quickly in the future too and not get into a mess with bugs. Test driven development and relentless refactoring are agile

The tracker will only work properly with multiple, long-term observations. Now it supports this and will calculate the appropriate times based on both quantity of observations and quality.
Each planet is its own long-term project, so any adoption of the code would have to understand this :)
