Inhale deep belly breath to a count of 4

Hold to a count of 4

Exhale as much as you can pull your belly in to a count of 4

Hold that exhale to a count of 4

Repeat 5 times then 10 times and increase til you are doing it 5-10 to 15 min a day at least and later 30 min 1/
