Several inhibitors of tyrosine kinase, PI3K, and TGF-β receptor demonstrated antifibrotic effects, aligning with increased TGF-β, Smad3, and AKT signaling in patient skin. Androgen receptor antagonists also showed potential, corresponding to elevated androgen receptor expression.

Thank you! I appreciate you. I'm sorry about Jesse, esp that he had to deal w this disease. I've been on an antifibrotic med since I was diagnosed 2 yrs ago that seems to be helping to slow the progression, again, knock on wood. It only works in about 40% of patients, so I feel blessed right now. 🙏🏻
