My thought is doing a 5 business day strike maybe every 4 to 6 weeks to start. Folks have to be willing to sacrifice. I think that is where the UBI argument would be positive. Educating the populous on understanding the corruption will be ongoing. Thanks for all you do Patrick in educating.

4/ All that said, while they are different approaches both UBI and -veIT do seek, as you say, to solve the same problem and depending on where a particular nation stands at the moment with its tax and social security infrastructure one might be easier to implement than the other.

All of these municipalities and governments are all "hey, I don't know about UBI, it's a waste of money." Yet EVERY UBI (at least that I've been able to find data on) has proven to decrease violence, anxiety, homelessness, while also increasing employment and feelings of food stability. UBI 4 all!

I'd be able to stop stressing about paying for the medical I have to (even w medicare) 4x cancer survivor, just 6 months out of my double cancer, & I'm disabled. Over the years I've had 28 surgeries mostly major, incl 4 spinal, & can only work part time

Yang was not a "tech bro." He was an entrepreneur who started businesses that weren't tech related. And his UBI proposal did not involve ending any existing programs and was additional to all existing programs but 4 that were proposed to be either/or. The amount of misinformation spread is just sad.

7) Please eat less meat (I’d prefer none, but small steps)
8) Global demilitarization.

We’re in agreement there but I just don’t see a UBI happening. If we give every adult $1000 a month that’s $4 Trillion a year and i don’t think anyone can survive on $12k a year.
