#TESTIFY
Felon Trump has been on a month-long losing streak that was preceded by a years-long failed first term. Trump 'tripled-down' today by having his MAGA in Georgia call DA Willis, and MAGA House SC Smith to testify today as his WI 2020 cheaters got indicted today. A 'True Trump Trifecta.'

Rep. Raskin said the Republicans “made an excellent decision" in not allowing Jack Smith to testify publicly “because had he done so, it would have been absolutely devastating to the president and all the president’s men involved in the insurrectionary activities” of the Capitol riot on Jan. 6.

Demand full transparency and allow Jack Smith to testify publicly. Now.

"Smith had wanted to testify in a public setting, but House Republicans refused to accommodate Smith’s request."

Then why did they subpoena him? I know they're pretty stupid, but I can't square their recognition that "he would make us look bad in public" with any reason to call him in at all.

Perhaps the most compelling evidence of Trump’s criminality in the Jan6 lead up and attack is that the MAGA chairman of the House Judicial Committee , Jim Jordan did not allow Jack Smith to testify publicly. Case Closed.

Jamie Raskin (paraphrased)
From his perspective, Jim Jordan made an excellent decision to have Jack Smith testify behind closed doors. I can't share details except to say it most definitely did not go well for the president and all the president's men

Gym Jordan wanting to demand Jack Smith to have a deposition and testify in secrecy is the same Gym Jordan who successfully buried his involvement with the molestation of the wrestlers in secret. He’s trying to hide behind his culpability in both.

Dan Bongino will testify against Trump at some point…

Every time the GOP or DOJ forces Trump's enemies to testify or face made-up charges, not only do they waste our tax dollars, but they prove how these people did nothing wrong.

Pissing off Donald Trump is not a crime.

Investigating a criminal is not a crime. It's a sworn duty.

We deserve to hear Smith testify publicly about his investigation. We deserved a trial. We didn’t deserve another criminal Trump term.
BREAKING on MS NOW:

Jack Smith, in his opening statement to House Judiciary, says:

"Our investigation developed proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump engaged in a criminal scheme to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election and to prevent the lawful transfer of power."

Today’s deposition is not useful according to Rep. Logren. According to Leonig, not only the search warrant had been signed off on by a Magistrate, but also found evidence. Smith followed the law and facts and nothing more. Smith must testify in public about his report.

Looks like Jordan and Comer made a good decision not having Prosecutor Jack Smith testify in an open committee hearing about Trump’s crimes on January 6th. 😂😂😂😂

The reason the Republicans didn’t want Jack Smith to testify in Public is because they know he’d Spill the beans!!
(Which I’m sure he’s doing now behind closed doors)
Making the Republicans Squirm!!!

You point out the chain of custody issues. You get that one famous dude who corresponded with Luigi to testify that he doesn't write like the manifesto. You imply the cops were desperate to find a shooter.
