In France, some dudes dressed as KKK members and one of them bore a blackface for a party at their local skydiving club. The club filed a complaint, they were prosecuted and the judge ruled that "if the scene is schoking IT DIES NOT QUALIFY AS INCITATION FOR HATE" (A felony in France).
