**Abstract:** This research introduces a novel approach to personalized pharmacogenomics by leveraging a dynamic, multi-modal knowledge graph to predict genotype-phenotype relationships crucial for tailored drug prescriptions. Unlike traditional methods relying on limited, static datasets, our framework, termed “PhenoGraph,” employs a recursively refined knowledge graph embedding algorithm coupled with a robust validation pipeline. PhenoGraph dynamically integrates genomic data, clinical records, drug response information, and scientific literature, allowing for high-precision prediction of individual drug responses.
