He is kind of correct. We don't train enough pros in many area because college costs a fortune and life long debt. And some like Healthcare pros are even bigger Debt creators so smart kids do something else.

alguma m3rda tem aí, pq Portugal é participante do Visa Waiver/ESTA desde 1999 e continua sendo. eu mesmo já fui pros EUA em 2016 com ESTA. costumava, pelo menos, ser bem automático, não pediam nem comprovação de emprego/renda
