As for Subaru, he'd take a step back and simply skip his usual Megaman transformation.

Like he said.... being struck by a lifeform made completely out of electro magnetic radiation, has it's side effects...like having an arguably absurd tolerance to electrical shock.
So her being annoyed wasn't all to surprising. Nor her sudden swiping of said device out of his hand.
