I love the idea of doing this campaign! We need to normalize the roles of father who are also actively parenting while having academic roles. Better representations of moms will not come if partners are not stepping up. Let's have this conversation! #momademia

My #careerdisruptions are officially over, I've been F/T since 2021. Calculated total career disruptions one last time, only 1054 days = 2.9 years (2 x mat leave and 0.6-0.8 for a number of years). Can't believe that is all it was. I should have given us more time #NHMRC #grantwriting #momademia
