🏆 Its been the biggest honour of my life to win The Lancet 2025 Wakley Prize and have my essay published in the final @thelancet.com of the year 📖 🤩

🎉Successful 1st Thesis Progression Panel. Great to present the last 2 years of my #PhD #research & have meaningful discussion
🏋🏻‍♀️When I started my PhD, I decided it was time to improve fitness. Weight-lifting & boxing has helped & I finally reached 70kg 🎯 (from 95kg)

I am sick of seeing the generic sad hands in articles for #PalliativeCare
So this Sunday night, I am experimenting with some potential drawings for my next journal editorial. My first attempt drawing on the iPad. Its helping my stress/anxiety and is much less messy than my paints or linocutting ✍️

📣New paper - Remote & rural communities face #inequalities in receiving specialist #PalliativeCare. Patients & staff found video-consultation to be a beneficial option (& preferable than a phone call ☎️ )
